Probably a URL in the # Acknowledgments, since hyperlinking a pdf is ugh and putting it on every page footer feels too much.

See the artifact of #7. I put it at the top. Maybe it's not right, but seems like we're all about open source and sticking it at the top to point out the paper is open source too is good PR.
