Discharge Pin 7 of 555 timer manual clock not following schematic

I believe pin 7 of the manual clock circuit is not following the schematic and going through the 100nF capacitor to ground. Thanks for the great pcbs.

Disregard. I tested the traces with my multimeter and everything checks out. ;)
