Fix the URL generation once repo is input

the url generated once the repo is input is incorrect. It changes to https://techgaun.github.io/#techgaun/github-dorks but it should have been https://techgaun.github.io/active-forks/#techgaun/github-dorks

Note the missing active-forks

This was recently added bug.
