What happened?

If i start the program, it just works simply and friendly.
My question is, I am concerned about my privacy and my account security!
Whenever I run the program, it downloads all available lists related to Udemy, but I need to know what parameters to add to exclude keywords|courses already added, to exclude them from new readings.

Could you help please?
