Bug Description:
When attempting to access the PDF file at https://hackmit.org/liability.pdf, a 404 error (Not Found) is encountered. However, I was able to download the liability.pdf - liability.pdf

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://hackmit.org/liability.pdf using a web browser.
2. Observe the 404-error message.

Expected Behavior:
The PDF file should be accessible and viewable directly through the web link provided.

Actual Behavior:
Encountered a 404 Not Found error when attempting to access the PDF file through the web link.
