"Install RClone" menu line is still being activated although already installed

Not a biggie, but not consistent with the way the p7Zip menu line works, for example

Install Rclone installs the latest vesrion of RClone. You can use it to update RClone if already installed.

pZip menu item installs a specific version of p7zip. Its either installed or not.
