wrong copy speed and remaining time

Actual copy speed is between 4 and 5 MB/s according to network speed and disk read speed of server but Polo is showing 10MB/s.
Polo Version 18.6 BETA
Disk read speed of server=5.54 MB/s
Upload speed of server = 42.8 Mbps
Download speed of my computer = 5.01 MB/s
