New awesome tiles in Race mod

I think race maps mustn't be only difficult for playing, it must be also interesting. I saw some good designed maps, but i think would be great to add some tiles.

water
About lava. If player touch lava, he lose some health, but doesn't kill. Yes, he'll die if he touch lava many times or will stay on it.
About water. Everyone played water mods. These mod are really cool. How about adding water to race? I think it would be great!
But i know that new tiles such as water lag servers=(

wanter wont be added because it needs client changes.
additionally loosing health through special tiles could be cool open an issue for this ;)

why you don't want to make these changes in race client? As i remeber, you made awesome one for race mods specially.

ofc i could change this for the race client but for normal clients it will be shit

It will be another motivation to use race, ddrace or gamer client=)
or motivation for official developers to make these changes in 0.6.1
