Titles too crowded if many steps in wizard

I'm using a wizard for my project and based on the things I'm representing it can have hundreds of steps.

Once you have a few the captions of each step get really crowded on top. It would be nice to show a few at a time and scroll as you progress.

With the changes on the pull request it looks like this setting the limit to 3.
