Exception when running Inital D 8th and Zero

Appears when launching Initial D 8th and Zero. Does not appear when launching Outrun 2 however. Seems to run fine if I don't click ok when the exception warning appears.
Started after I was troubleshooting Outrun 2 and why the freeglut window wasn't appearing.
