[Workflows] Design Triggers support in Workflows

Triggers in workflows should provide a less verbose way to configure triggers. For instance, users should not have to setup EventListeners and the TriggerTemplate should be generated from the provided pipeline
One idea we talked about was around having a field that provides enough details about the event source + type to configure events on the users behalf in addition to providing basic filtering and perhaps common TriggerBinding params for the event type.
Next step would be a high level design + a PoC.
