Add an api which will clean up the hub db contents that are no longer required
Use case
Currently catalog refresh api remove/clean up all deleted resource information from hub db and it runs every 30 mins so would take high computation in case of multicatalog ,so though is adding a separate api which will clean up hub database on a longer time interval instead of doing it in catalog refresh api
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale with a justification.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close with a justification.
If this issue should be exempted, mark the issue as frozen with /lifecycle frozen with a justification.
