Total number of values not provided when requesting data

It is not possible to know the total number of values that STH is going to answer. This is specially useful when you want to show it in a graphical interface

Orion Context Broker uses the ?options=count parameter and includes a header in the response (Fiware-Total-Count, as far as I remember). A similar mechanism could be implemented here.
