Add new record button problem in "grid-preserve-server-toolbar-template-after-set-options"

After pressing the "Load Settings" button the Add new record button no longer works. This could also be issue for other buttons

The example works as expected on my end with the latest version of the component. Please give it a try and see how it works on your side.
