Need to add 'ha_flow_id' tag for ha_sub-flow server42 RTT stats. This tag is present for the flow-monitoring rtt stats.
STR:

  1. Create Ha-Flow by using switches that support server42.
  2. Check server42-related stats per ha_sub-flow:
    RigelServer42HaFlowData
