GUI: EDIT Y-Flow feature

Implement a new feature that allows users to edit Y-Flow. This feature involve integration with the northbound API.

Details:
Introduce functionality to edit Y-Flow.
Use the following API endpoint for editing Y-Flow:
Method: PATCH
Endpoint: /v2/y-flows/{y_flow_id}
