Run once or reoccuring

Wanted to determine if this script is required to run in a reoccurring fashion in order to continually import findings or if we run it once to set everything up we will be good to go.

It really covers both scenarios, while on every secondary pull it will grab some duplicate data, upon import SecHub will dedupe it. In a future iteration we will make this a bit more flexible so it doesnt grab duplicate data and tracks when it last run. This is still in the initial PoC phase to collect feedback and figure out where the next version should go.
