[Bug] disable dark mode in starport template

Desription
Currently, when device is set up to work in dark mode, starport template looks bad and most of the UI is unreadable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. turn on dark mode on the device
  2. open starport template app
  3. app is showing dark text on dark background

Expected behavior

  1. app is showing in light mode
