Atom crash on startup

Hey,
I switched from the normal atom AUR package to the official one. But when I start Atom I get:

All I did was to uninstall the old package via -Rs and install the new package. Running on kernel 4.4.16-1 with atom-1.9.8-2. I did not do a reboot yet, as I cannot do this in the next days for several reasons.

Dmesg give me things like this:
