Target of URI doesn't exist

I have updated pubspec.yaml to include tflite_flutter: ^0.10.4 and Pub get run sucessfully but I'm getting an error in main that the URI does not exist. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Working on a Flutter project in Android Studio
