Could Find Dependencies when Downloading librdkafka via WORKSPACE

Task: building tensorflow-io from source, using Bazel

According to https://github.com/tensorflow/io/blob/master/WORKSPACE#L457

librdkafka dependency should exists in either "https://storage.googleapis.com/mirror.tensorflow.org/github.com/edenhill/librdkafka/archive/v1.5.0.tar.gz" or "https://github.com/edenhill/librdkafka/archive/v1.5.0.tar.gz.
But there is no any file matching "1.5.0" in it.

Looking for Advice on how to modify these two urls.
