my position shows not right

i test a EPSG:90913 Coordinates:

y: 6075329.634674081
}

It shows right in epsg.io. You can test at:
https://epsg.io/map#srs=900913&x=%20399115.99667538225&y=6075329.634674081&z=12&layer=streets

But in bingmap, it not same with epsg.io.
