No way to update conflicting drugs relationship

Let's say I want to add mn/ConflictAll n/Conflicts with all drugs, with the intent that I want this drug to conflict with other drugs. However there is no way to change the conflicting relationship between drugs, and listConflicts 6 will not show any conflicts.

Hi, thank you for raising this bug. When adding the prescription, did you include cfdg/ in the add command?

It would help if you remember the exact add command used to add ConflictAll as shown in the screenshot. If you have the command, please feel free to paste it here as a reply, thanks!
