Olá, qual é a licença do projeto?
Também tenho projetos nessa linha de dados públicos e achei bem legal esse projeto. Quem sabe posso contribuir com algo.
Se a ideia é aceitar contribuições era bom deixar claro a licença, que tal adicionar uma arquivo LICENSE e também um cabeçalho nos arquivos?

Olá @marcelometal! Primeiramente fico feliz em seu interesse por colaborar com o peba! A licença do peba é CC BY-SA. Infelizmente pecamos em não ter adicionado o arquivo LICENSE. Irei providenciar isso agora mesmo.
Eita, a CC BY-SA senão me engano não serve pra código... A própria Creative Commons não recomenda. Era uma boa pensar em mudar...
"Can I apply a Creative Commons license to software?
We recommend against using Creative Commons licenses for software. Instead, we strongly encourage you to use one of the very good software licenses which are already available. We recommend considering licenses made available by the Free Software Foundation or listed as “open source” by the Open Source Initiative.
Unlike software-specific licenses, CC licenses do not contain specific terms about the distribution of source code, which is often important to ensuring the free reuse and modifiability of software. Many software licenses also address patent rights, which are important to software but may not be applicable to other copyrightable works. Additionally, our licenses are currently not compatible with the major software licenses, so it would be difficult to integrate CC-licensed work with other free software. Existing software licenses were designed specifically for use with software and offer a similar set of rights to the Creative Commons licenses.
Our licenses are currently not compatible with the GPL, though the CC0 Public Domain Dedication is GPL-compatible and acceptable for software. For details, see the relevant CC0 FAQ entry. We are looking into compatibility of BY-SA with GPL in the future; see the license compatibility page for more information.)

Não sedia melhor então, já que há o interesse no ShareAlike, que se usasse
a licença GPL ou AGPL?

Ela realmente não foi criada para isso, mas isso não a torna inutilizável para código. Mas com o feedback de vocês agora entendo a importância de usarmos outra licença :). O que acham de aplicarmos a GPL como sugeriu o @alexandreteles?
Tô chegando agora, mas qualquer licença de Software Livre ou Open Source me agradam.
No http://olhoneles.org utilizamos a AGPL.
Já fizeram um commit com a AGPL.

Bacana! Notei que a AGPL se adequa mais a esse tipo de software. Agradeço pela ajuda de vocês, ainda somos novos no mundo da colaboração open source, está sendo um aprendizado constante. :)
É importante esse lance de licenças!
