Support for command line options and arguments

Thank you very much for this wonderful utility.

I'm curious whether it could be possible to pass command line arguments to the executable, so that the program would launch and automatically open a specific dicom folder or a dicomdir file, e.g.

DicomViewer.exe <path-to-dicomdir>

and so on.
