Do not share /templates

The recommended path to put templates (e.g., service_unavailable.html.twig) is the folder templates/bundles/ContaoCoreBundle/Error/service_unavailable.html.twig.
Unfortunately, the folder /templates is currently a shred dictionary, what results in the templates not being deployed.
