Termux neither has systemd nor is a "Linux" distro, so how are you envisioning that this package is useful?

I think this belongs to root-repo. and since this is just a shell script, you can install it yourself and i don't think this is useful if needing systemd

Closing since it is just a shell script as @wmcbtech30 pointed out, so it can be quite easily installed from the repo
