Why DPH token was removed?

Dear Terra team,
We've spent months working on the permanent migration of DPH from Ethereum to Terra. Our token and liquidity pool pair was added to the assets but suddenly we noticed it's been removed and all of our users got impacted.
Could you please advice what needs to happen for us to see DPH tokens again in the assets lists for CW20 tokens and pairs?
