[Bug]: Bypassing Claim Protection

Bug Description
Running some server testing and some pretty big bypasses have been found, ones that can be done in vanilla.
The List:
- Pistons can move stuff in and out of claims
- Droppers can move stuff in and out of claims
- Water can move into claims
- Lava can move into claims
- Lava and water can be moved into claim to cover claim in stone
So far this is what we have found with basic testing and once mods etc are added this will only get worse. Already though these are massive issues for any claim related mod.
How to Reproduce?

What's the issue with droppers? do you mean dispensers? Everything else (pistons and fluids flowing into claims) has been fixed.

Maybe they meant hoppers?
