Missing plugins entry

I think the config/yaml file should be updated due to recent changes in Tesseract.

exception: SRDF: Error parsing srdf kinematics plugin config for robot 'tesseract_workcell_positioner'!
  exception: KinematicsPluginFactory: Constructor failed to cast 'inv_kin_plugins' to std::map<std::string, tesseract_common::PluginInfoContainer>! Details: PluginInfoContainer, missing 'plugins' entry!

Just merged PR #12 which should resolve the issue
