License clarification

"README" says that this is under "LGPLv2 or later", however lib/test/unit/rr.rb says this file is under "Ruby". Please clarify the license, thank you. (Also the license term "Ruby" is somewhat unclear because ruby 1.9.3 has changed its license)

LGPLv2 or later is right license. I've fixed license notation in the header.
