Add `cli-testing-library` to the "Ecosystem" list

Hi all! I'm a huge fan of the project and am the maintainer and creator of a project called cli-testing-library.
This is a CLI testing library that looks to emulate the Testing Library API to make interactive CLI applications easier and better to E2E test!
We have an extremely similar API, comprehensive docs, and even an emoji 🐨 to match the vibe of Testing Library 😄
I was hoping that it would be alright if I introduced a PR to the docs page as an "Ecosystem" library in the sidebar!
