Got this on CI server, we use testingbot-tunnel-launcher via karma-testingbot-launcher and it started failing recently after updating to v1.0.8:

Thanks for reporting this issue.
The testingbot-tunnel-launcher has a fixed 1.0.7 version set now, until we fix this
