--disable-rating is not working on 3.2

Hi,

I am running version 3.2 branch with:

./testssl.sh --disable-rating $IP_ADDR

#2669 breaks the --disable-rating switch. So rating is now always shown in output.

I'm running this against a bunch of IoT devices with self-signed certificate on their HTTP server, the rating is not very meaningful to me (because it is always T).

Fixed now in branch 3.2 + 3.3dev.
