Buck push progress bar is calculated on some partial set of the data

it indicates 100% complete by the time i'm about 25% of the files done.

The progress bar indicates the percent of data pushed. There’s still work to do after the files are pushed on the remote end and for the local repo, but that work can’t be quantified as a percentage.
