Configure script requires refactor

Describe the bug
While setting up TRD using the configure script the syntax for the inputs changes every other question and is very hard to follow. Also if you try use the configure script to use testnet accounts it will fail.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the configure script
2. Notice how sometimes it says press enter and sometimes it says type enter.
3. Notice how sometimes you are required to input tz1xxxx:xxxx, tz1:xxxx and sometimes they need to be in quotes and sometimes it can't be a list. It all gets quite confusing.

Expected behavior

• It is very obvious what the configure script is expecting from you.
• The script gives examples of what it should look like
• The syntax follows the same pattern as the input before.
• It works trying to setup for testnet.
