Hardlink instead of symlink

I saw that symlink was added and thats a great thing but hardlink can also be provided as an option since symlinks cant be used everywhere. Especially when dealing with media files such as videos. Not sure if it not possible but if it is, hope you can implement it.

The hardlink action is now available in the new v3 alpha 👍
