Simplify public website push

Since we're now in the 21st century we can use TLS to secure the passing of the beer list from beerfestdb -> public website. As such there is no need for a MAC within the message, etc.

Ideally we'd POST a json blob to a list-specific URL, eg https://data.example.com/festivalname/producttype.
