When posting a tweet to Telegram (perhaps only ones with videos), TeleTweet asks whether to download or retweet it:
Could there be a setting to always do one or the other... or keep asking every time?

This tweet contains a video, so it will ask what to do with it. There's no option for that. Personally I use this function to download some funny videos from Twitter.

I generally use youtubeDL, which handles other video sources too. I was wondering it could be set to default to retweet (or download). Cheers.
