Add Hover Effect to buttons on website

Currently the buttons on the website have no interaction when the user hovers over them
I think we should have some sort of interaction on hover
I can help with this. Assign me this issue.

Any style guides to follow?
There's no style guide for the website, but you can use similar colors for the hover effect. For example a darker blue or darker white.
I also just noticed the Source Code button is slightly elevated, if you want to center it vertically :)
