How do I change my keyboard shortcuts in gEdit

I do not have the file "plugin.py" as the readme.txt refers to
for changing shortcuts.
I've looked through every .py file in my ZenCode folder without finding
anything that I can tell is setting the shortcuts
I'm using gedit 3.4 and ubuntu 12, latest zencode version.
