Document platform-specific bits?

There are a number of places where Beyond Zork behaves differently, depending on what kind of computer or terminal it appears to be running on. Perhaps this would be a good thing to document in the Wiki? But I don't understand them well enough myself.

The most noticeable thing is that the game only uses the alternative charset (for the map, the runes, etc.) if it thinks it's running on a VT220. But there are also several cases where it check if you're running on a Mac, and Apple II, a Commodore, etc. For instance, if it's running on a Mac it seems much less inclined to use boldface than otherwise. (Maybe the text got too hard to read otherwise?)
