"FROTZ ME" doesn't print the room description if the room goes from dark to lit

Usually when you FROTZ an object while you're in the dark, it will print the room description:

>LOOK
It is pitch black and there is evil in the darkness.

>FROTZ CANDLE
There is an almost blinding flash of light as the black candle begins to glow!
It slowly fades to a less painful level, but the black candle is now quite
usable as a light source.

South Hall
The damp corridor continues east and west from here. A dark and forbidding
stairway leads down to the south. In addition, a narrow passage leads to the
north.

But that doesn't happen if you use the FROTZ spell on yourself:

>LOOK
It is pitch black and there is evil in the darkness.

>FROTZ ME
You are bathed in a sickly yellow light, bright enough to read by.

The first case is handled by V-FROTZ, while the second is handled by CRETIN.

Of course, turning yourself into a light source isn't as clever as it first sounds in this particular game...

I didn't realize until now, but you get points for FROTZing an object the first time, but you don't get points for FROTZing yourself. A subtle hint, perhaps?
