The boy in Kensington Gardens doesn't notice if you try to empty his dish (by design?)

Water splashes all over the place.

This looks like it may be a cut and paste error in SDISH (the bowl of soapy water in AT-TERRACE:

	       (<VERB? EMPTY>
		<SPLASHES>
		<RTRUE>)

It makes sense for the giant dish (DISH), but here I think it would make more sense to call <ANNOY-BOY> instead. Though I'm hesitant to make this kind of changes myself...
