Add non-penalty OPR?

Wow, some Skystone events sure have a lot of penalties!
In many matches, penalty points add up to more than the scored points. Using final scores with penalties for OPR calculation can distort the OPR estimate of how strong a team is. For example, if an alliance scores 5 points but receives 40 penalty points in a match, OPR estimates that alliance's scoring ability as 45 points in that match.
The solution to this is non-penalty OPR = npOPR = the same OPR calculation, but computed using the pre-penalty match scores instead of the with-penalty match scores.
Could this be added to TOA? FTCstats and FTCscores both offer this stat already on their sites, so the calculation could be easily tested and compared with those sites.
