[Bug] Spotlight link underline is too long

Description: When a tech spotlight link is in its hover state, the underline continues all the way to the right edge of the sidebar (see screenshot)
To Reproduce:
- Visit https://theprogrammershangout.com/archives or any spotlight page
- Hover over a "what is" link in the sidebar
Expected Behavior: For the underline to only extend as far as the text, which seems to be the case for all other links
Environment:
- OS: 5.8.6-arch1-1
- Browser: Firefox 80.0.1 (64-bit)
- Browser: Chromium 85.0.4183.83 (64-bit)
