Note tone mismatch

All notes are played a semitone higher than what I play on my MIDI controller, so if, for example, I press the E key on the keyboard, your synth produces an F. This happens both if I run Synister standalone and if I run it within Reaper. This, however, DOES NOT happen while Reaper is rendering a track.
