undefined method `build_server_tree'

I'm using master branch from github and seeing this error. I see the _comment partial using build_server_tree, but can't find that defined anywhere in the gem.

Ok, thanks. I see the dependency on sortable_tree is declared, so I don't know why the helper wasn't found.

very strange
