Pause model loading when interacting

Hello,

Is there a way to pause model loading when I'm interacting with the model. This is helpful when dealing with particularly large objects that cause the whole app to lag. For example, I want to open a bottomsheet on entity click, model lags the bottomsheet and the whole UI.
