Name is: Food Carts
It's actually not a usual category as in restaurants_category but a new type. So we need to update the endpoint to https://otis.traveloregon.com/api/v5/listings/?city=Coos+Bay,North+Bend,Charleston&type=Food+Carts|Restaurants to include this new type and adjust the data structure.
